What is the name of your state? Tennessee

Me and my wife were married in october and she is 23
I am wondering if her parents can claim her on there taxes.
She was a fulltime student for only about 1 month.

No, you and your wife will be filing a joint return. (based on what you stated was your income in other threads.)

ok thank you, hopefully im done with all these questions. I just dont have time to go to a tax person so im doing them myself and there are some things turbo tax doesnt tell you.
Its just that I asked her if her parents were going to claim her so she aske dthem and they said they are going to if they can. But if they could it would cut a chunk out of my return. I just wasnt sure if they even could.
Thanks
