Our mortgage was sold during last year. I understand that I will be reporting interest and points for both loans. Will I report the original loan as being paid off? While entering the information in Turbo Tax for the Web it asked if the loan was paid off.

The loan is not paid off.

Just report the interest from both banks. You still have the same loan, it was just sold to a different lender, ie you send the checks to a different place.
