My Rental lot with Their Housing, tax question

Ok, here's a tough question for all yous guys. I bought a lot of land a few years ago with no housing on it. I recently made some improvements to it, and im now considering making it into a trailer park and renting the lots indivually. Now, my question is, this... If they bring their own trailer onto the land.. What would i need to go about finding out who pays the tax on the property? I really don't want to get stuck with paying the taxes on the land.. can someone help me out? thanks

You said you purchased this land several or maybe it was a few years ago, right? Have you not been paying the taxes since then?

You still own it, then you still pay taxes.

Don't want to pay the taxes? Simple, sell the land.

Are you nto charging lot rent? Then make sure the cost of taxes is covered or you are a VERY ignorant investor!
