What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
I am a NY resident and travel to Vegas often and have a LOT of w-2gs and with NY I need to pay taxes on this even tho my losses = my w-2 gs
my tax due for NYS is over 50k. I own a small business in NY and some rental properties in NY. I was thinking about changing my prime resident to NV and buying a condo or single family in Vegas to have as my prime and just travel to NY to manage my business and properties so split my time NV and NY
my DL and main house would be in Vegas
any help ?
can I do this?
I know I will still have to pay taxes on the income I make in NY
but won't this help me
