No filings in 15 years, sporadic income MI.

What is the name of your state?MI.
Haven't filed in 15 years. Sporadic income. Some SSI disablity last five years.
There's a $ 7,000. lien out there from 1990 (?) '91. Employed full time now waiting for the bomb to drop. What next and approx how much?
