What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

The partnerships are in Maryland. The general partner and I live in California.

I did not receive K-1's this year.

The K-1's received in prior years are incomplete.

I am the successor trustee of a revocable trust that became irrevocable upon the death of my father last year. The last communication from the general partner was approximately 14 months ago, at which time he indicated the property owned by the partnerships would be sold and the assets distributed.

What should if I do if the general partner does not provide the K-1's or respond to my correspondence? Are there steps I can take without filing a lawsuit?
