a friend of mine has not worked since 1975 due to a lot of personal reasons
question is he said he sent away for a read out on his social security and has put his 40 quarters in already, he is entiteled to 435 a month when he gets to be 62 ,even though its been a lot of years since he worked ,and has not paid taxes ,is he still entiled to his social security ,cause its been over 30 years he has not put nothing into it even though he has 40 quarters from a long time ago he is now 61 thanks
