I just filed bankruptcy, and have not had my 341 meeting yet. I want to submit an OIC to take care of my taxes but the forms say it is not processable because of an open BK case.

The taxes are not dischargeable anyway b/c they are less than 3 years old. I would like to go ahead and submit the OIC if possible so penaltys and interest do not accrue the next 90 days. Is there any way to do this?

How can you make an OIC if you are in bankruptcy? The bankruptcy court has control of your assets at this point, therefore you have nothing to use to make an OIC.
