I recently filed for an oic I make 1648 A month. I do not own a home or a car. I took the pre qualifier it said I was pre qualified. Will they still file a lien? I owe 7000.00 dollars.

Why didn't you apply for an installment agreement rather than an OIC? Generally, for an OIC you have to have a chunk of money to give them that is less than what you owe, but greater than what they might expect to collect from you until the statute of limitations expires. If you apply for an installment agreement and faithfully make the payments, they will not put a lien/levy on you, or will release one if they already have.
