PA. Inheritance tax

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

My mother passed away and her estate is going through the probate process in Ohio where she lived.
She left her four children the house, car, checking acct., 3 CD's , and a money market acct.
The house and car are the only few things that need to go through probate.
The checking acct was a joint account with one sister who also lives in Ohio.
The CD's were P.O.D. to her children as with the money market acct.
My sisters won't need to pay inheritance tax living in Ohio.
I live in Pa. and I'm pretty sure I'll have to pay something once everything gets split up.
Any idea what will be considered taxable by Pennsylsvania's inheritance tax?
Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Unfortunately I don't think that we have anyone practising in PA, who participates on these forums. Contact a local tax office.

No, if your mother was an Ohio resident, you will not have to pay PA Inheritance Tax on any inheritance that you receive.

Only if she owned real or tangible personal property located in PA would such property be subject to the Inheritance Tax.
