PA Tax Law

What is the name of your state? Colorado

I currently have a job offer to work for a startup company in PA. I live in Colorado currently and will be commuting back and forth to PA if I take the job. I'm wondering what the state tax implications will be for me. Will I have to pay state taxes to both PA and CO?

You'll pay taxes to CO on your full income, because you're a CO resident. You'll pay taxes to PA for work done in PA. Be sure to keep track of all expenses involved with travel to PA, as this can be deducted on the PA return. CO may or may not give you a tax credit for taxes paid to PA. Check with a tax pro on CO.
