What is the name of your state? PA

I just received my W2 and Box 14 has a PA-UI tax amount listed. I am assuming that this is a tax paid that is in addition to the amount reported in Box 17 - my State Income tax. If so, can I deduct any or all of this tax if I itemize? I am hoping I can report this somewhere on schedule A?

Yes...If you read the instructions for the 1040 Schedule A for Line 5 "State and Local Income Taxes" you would have found the following explicit text:

Mandatory contributions to the ... Pensylvania state unemployment fund.
