What is the name of your state?

I am leaving in MI where as my company is deducting state tax of NY.

Where should I file my state tax return?

I have declared change of address three to four time to my company but thay are not taking it seriously. Also obvious I am ending with paying more state tax of NY as NY state tax is higher than MI.

What should I do in such situation?

Thanks,
Prinesh

Go to a tax pro quickly. You'll need to file a NY non-resident return & inform the state that none of your wages are NY income & therefore you owe NY no taxes. You'll have to pay taxes to MI, since you're a MI resident. You can ask the MI revenue board to contact your company about withholding MI state taxes.
