We may owe back taxes on out mobile home, we are calling tax collector tomorrow. We want to move, if the taxes owed are greater than the value of the mobile home what can we do?
Can we give the title to the park owner? Can we give the title to the tax office? We haven't received a tax bill in three years (since we moved here).
The landlord says he sent in the tax registration forms. I checked and we are not in the tax books which can be searched online.
