Petition for a Quiet Title

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?PA - What is a petition for a quiet title on a real estate transaction? This is still in relation to my last post of the sub s corp selling real estate in 2004, but passing through the capital gains in 2003. Would a quiet title aid them in this?
