Please advice me: single filing or married filing separately?

What is the name of your state? MN.

I legally married to woman with a K1 status in November 2003 (the real wedding was on July 2004). She left me in September 2004. The divorce was finalized in December 2004.

Please let me know if I should file my income tax as single filing, married filing jointly, or married filing separately?

If married filing jointly, I don't have her W2 and can't contact her. What should I do?
