What is the name of your state? California

My ex doesn't work and hasn't worked for quite a few years now. She won't files taxes either. My question is about the property taxes "she" pays for. Would it be to her advantage to file taxes because of these paid property taxes or is the property tax deduction basically lost?

Thanks again,

Rey
