Property Transfer Tax for Adding Daughter to Grant Deed

What is the name of your state? California

I own 100% of a property. If I add my daughter to the grant deed so she'll own half of the property, does this trigger county & city property transfer tax? Thanks.

You need a local tax professional to answer that question. Its too specific to your area.
