protesting assestw

What is the name of your state? Florida.
Should I be found guilt by the US Gov of illegal tresspass, as in the case of the people in Columbus,Ga who were found guilty by a us magistrate for defying a ban not to enter the US army base of Ft. Benning who protested against the SOA school at that base, how can I protect my savings and portfolio from the government if I defied the ban and was fined up to $3000 or $ 5000 for my action. Lets say I refused to pay federal taxes and was willing to accept a jail term because of the US govenrments position to pay for abortions in US government hospitals, how can I protest my savings and portfolio assets (cash) from the government other than an offshore trust or deposting funds in another country, swiss bank account, etc. I believe the two question are related..protecting assets from the us government.
thank you

There is no legal way to protect your assets from the IRS and still own them.
