question on former employer

in calif. previous employer filed 2 w2's (or w4's, not sure which one they submit on their end) using my SSN#. gov't says i owe additional taxes for this. they have garnished my wages and kept last years refund. former employer is reluctant to fix situation and provide paperwork. they have been extremely unresponsive for the past year. any advice?

You are probably going to have to take it to court. You need to consult with an attorney.
