Question

question for mom on stimulus check

What is the name of your state? vt. My mom and grandmother only get social security. I went to the IRS office in our state and they did all the paperwork for them. I brought them home and they were mailed out. We filled out the areas for direct deposit. My mom keeps calling me asking me how come they have not received them. When I go to the IRS website and their ss numbers are entered it shows nothing. The IRS office in our area does not have a phone number that works. Now what do we do? thanks

Just be patient. If you read the news you can see that the stimulus payments are taking longer to process for various reasons.
