What is the name of your state? PA
My husband & I seperated July 10th of 2004, and my 17 yr old son is living with husband. Since my son was a dependant from Jan till July 10th, can I claim him as a dependant? My husband is disabled/gets social security/non-taxable, so probably won't even file a tax return.
Second Question: My 19 yr old daughter is attending a Technical College. She lives there, and works a small job for spending money, but since she is in college can I still claim HER? She ALSO lived at home until July, at which time she started college.
