rears child support

If both parents owe back child support do they balance out the debt.So if he gets my refund will they see before they send him a check that he owes me also

help

iwanted to know if they take my refund check for back child support will they
give him all the money because he owes me also for back child support.

Why don't you straighten this out with the court before you file your taxes??!!
