registir of a C-Corp in a state....

What is the name of your state?DE

My C-Corp status is active and has paid all the franchise tax and has submitted the annual report via my agent in DE.

If I go to a convention for a weekend event in another state and do bussiness there do I need to file a foreign corporation tax document just for that limited time?

Thank you for your assistance.

Any State other than DE and every State in the United States. Example: Hasbro Toy Company goes to New York for a licensing trade show, Hasbro is incorporated in RI, do they have to register as a foreign corporation in NY just because they go to a weekend show?
