reporting another for failure to file taxes

What is the name of your state? Maryland
I know of an individual who has repeatedly claimed/boasted to have not filed taxes for several years. Do I have a legal responsability to report him/her to the IRS and or the state?What is the name of your state?

No, you have no legal responsibility to report him/her. Odds are the IRS will catch up to the individual on their own, eventually. You reporting the individual may speed things up however.
