What is the name of your state? Illinois
An undergrad, College student who is a resident of illinois and is a dependent on someone elses tax return goes to university in Iowa. He works there part time ......does he need to file State Income Tax for Iowa or just for ILlinoins? (They have some reciprocal agreement ......) ..... (He also worked in Illinois).

Box 17 from job in Iowa for state income tax had 15.00 in it.
