What is the name of your state? IL My cousin has a Motor Sport dealer and due to a poor summer and bad winter (no snow) he has falling behind on his sales tax.. not on parts but when he registers new machines. In IL you have

had he give them 45 deals he didnt register yet... He's trying to get thru this and is even taking a loan out to cover the monies. Can he be fined heavily
for this or even og to jail? He's working with them not hinding nothin. I need some input he's at witts end.
