What is the name of your state? Illinois. I own a soleproprietor business out of my home in Illinois. I had started this business when I was out of work due to medical purposes. During the year of 2004 I have operated my business, but due to limited income I was not able to pay my State Sales Tax. I have just recently recieved a letter from the state revenue service stating that I need to report to a hearing. Alittle insight would be very helpful.

Report to the hearing because Illinois takes these matters VERY seriously.

Might have a quick consult with an Atty there may be ways out if you do not screw up by talking when you should be listening.
