sales taxes

What is the name of your state? Georgia

can i file a personal bankru.. for the sales taxes that they are trying to throw on my back? it has been since 1992..

I think you could discharge the sales tax debt in bandruptcy, but I am not sure. You will probably have better luck getting an answer to that under our Forum on Bankruptcy.
