Second Home FeesWisconsin I noticed your answer to a similar question from another state and I want to know of I can do this in Wisconsin. Our primary home is in Wisconsin and our second home (a mobile home) is also in Wisconsin It's a seasonal home (3 months). It's located in a campground and pay a yearly fee. Water and electricy are included; heat is extra. Can we deduct the yearly fee on our taxes? |

| Not from the facts you've laid out.

| You can deduct interest and taxes on a second home. However, HOA and other such membership fees are not deductible be they on your first or second home. |
