septic tank

What is the name of your state? texas eight months ago we purchased a 13 year old home. we are having problems with the septic in the backyard, it is a swamp and now realize this has been a problem since sept, but it has now snowballed. inspection report said it was ok, there was nothing on the disclosures. house was vacant for 2 months prior to sale. septic is not covered under home warranty. cost to repair 6000.00. previous owner says there were no problems during the two years they owned the home, prior to that it was a foreclosure. do we have any recourse?

My response:

Yes, you do have recourse.

All you have to do is hitch the ol' pick-up truck to the trailer, and move to another dirt patch.
