I am planning on taking an early distribution on my Simple IRA at the end of 2009. I was a resident in Oregon for the first 4 months of 2009. I am now a resident of Wyoming. I will be taking the distribution while in Wyoming. Will Oregon still want to tax that distribution? Thanks.

And when is the government going to give the unemployed an exemption on early distributions? Or am I dreaming.
