Single employee profit sharing plan...5500 reqts?

What is the name of your state? Alabama

Does anyone know when a single employee profit sharing plan is required to file a form 5500?

There used to be (maybe still is) a rule for Keogh plans of an unincorporated company that required filing when assets were over $100,000.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Nevermind, I found it...

Looks like if they can file a 5500ez and have less than $100,000 every year since 1994 then they don't have to file, otherwise a 5500ez or regular 5500 is required annually.

Thanks anyway.
