What is the name of your state? Florida

I've been filing as HOH for years. My youngest son graduated college in May (and I was financing his ability to survive throughout his college). Since his graduation he's moved to North Carolina and is earning a living. Can I still claim him as a dependent?

Since he was in college thru may, you can claim him, as long as he is under 24.

Make sure you discuss this with him first, so he doesn't claim himself.

If his income is high, it may be that even with tuition, you didn't supply more than 50% of his support, in which case you would not be able to claim him.
