Standard Deduction / Personal Exemption

What is the name of your state? Maryland

I have moved to the US from the UK 6 months ago. Do my Standard Deduction and Personal Exemption get adjusted according to the fraction of the year I've been here, or can I claim a full reduction for them in my Taxable Income?
