In Oklahoma state, what taxes are taken out from my "Student Loans"?
The amount I accepted is less then the amount they paid out, and they said it was "taxes" so I'm confused since when are loans taxed unless forgiven...

Student loan money is not taxable income therefore there is no reason why any entity would withhold taxes from student loan disbursements.

Either you are explaining things poorly or something is very wrong here.
