What is the name of your state?
OH
I filed my taxes on time, but due to my divorce and the confusion on jobs with 2 different last names and my SS # matching, I am only now to be receiving my check.
Now, I have student loans that are behind, but an amount is attached to my pay and dispursed to my student loans every 2 weeks. I just checked the IRS site and it states my check is scheduled to be mailed this Friday and I have not received any notice that the state will be keeping my check.
I am still concerned that they will.
If my income is attached to provide payment, will they still keep my income tax return?
Thanks!
