supporting sisters can i reduce my taxes

What is the name of your state? KY

I am married with a daughter, and I also support two of my sisters when they are not attending college (meaning they live with me when they are not at school), and even while there are attending I often pay for medical expenses, clothing, school supplies, etc. Our parents are divorced, each claiming one of them even though they provide NO financial support now that they have graduated high school. Can I reduce my taxes because of my support for them? How would this effect the FAFSA they are required to fill out? I will not provide support for tuition.
