for him about a question he is trying to find an answer to. this is
the question. WHAT IS THE ___SUBJECT OF___ THE INCOME TAX? IS IT
(a) PEOPLE, (b) PROPERTY OR (c) ACTIVITIES? the answer is not INCOME,
it has to be one of those three answer, this is what I am told. to
clarify, in other words... WHEN WE ARE PAYING OUR INCOME TAXES
EVERYWEEK or two weeks THROUGH WITHHOLDING, ARE WE PAYING INCOME TAXES
