tax archivesWhat is the name of your state? UT I had two questions and didn't write the second on on the last post. I need to get some partnership and individual returns from the 1960s, but haven't been able to figure out how to get them or talk to a live person at the IRS. Do you have info on telephone numbers or places to write? |

| No, but it will provide you with a phone number you can call. This being tax time, you may have a bit of a wait for a human being (in my experience, not longer than 10 minutes), and they may very well take a message and have someone call you back (and they WILL call within 3 business days). There may also be a way to email your question to the IRS and they will email or call you with an answer. |

| Let me make this a little more clear... The IRS does not have an online archive. You need to contact them. That is why I gave you the website. So you can search for a number and call, or an address and write them. Snipes |
