What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

I have bought house outside USA. I bought this house on loan. It is not on rent yet. I am paying every month installment of loan. Can I get Tax deduction on Interest paid on this loan ?? I got the loan from foreign bank they told me that they can provide me interest statement.

Thanks,

I assume this isn't going to be a qualified home but a rental property. There are limits on deductibility of such even if it were inside the US. I'd recommend you talk to an accountant.
