AZ I expect to have close to 15K in dental work early in 2006 - If I pay for those services now, in 2005, can i deduct them this year - it would help because I made very little $$$ in 2005

Medical expenses are deducted in the year paid, regardless of when the work was performed. Charging to a credit card constitutes payment, regardless of when the credit card was paid off.
