Here we Go. I have made a plea for one count of tax evation. I have paid the back tax of 167,000. for the years of 99-2000, Now they want (Penaltys and Interest). This will be my second offense. The Gov. is not looking for a hanging. They have been firm but fair.... Do you think i will get probation
it is a level 14 >cr of 2----- 18-24/with 2 years probation. Any Chance for probation, and do I pay the rest of the tax or let it slide. My wife and kids need to eat!!?///
