i would like to know if there is anything i can do legally to have a person arrested or charged with tax fraud due to the circumstances of this person continuously filing their income taxes with my children's SS#'s. The IRS is not doing anything but requesting the funds be returned and this has been going on for 5 years now? please adviseWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
