tax issuWhat is the name of your state? pennsylvania DONT know if anyone can help me on this but here goes i deposited a tax refund in a friends account i got that now this new thing that just came out was deposited right behinde that and the person refueses to give it to me also since i called the police on theme thy now are denying ever getting anything in there bank account now im unsure realy how to go about this was woundering if anyone can give me advice ty.

| This is not a tax issue, nor is it a crime. But, since the money is not theirs you can sue the person in small claims court for conversion if they don't give it to you on demand. Send a certified letter demanding the money and, if you don't get it in a reasonable time, sue them.
