What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

I'm married to a US citizen but am currently going through a divorce. I'm from Belgium, and my I-485 visa application got denied. This year I filed married filing jointly, however I'm wondering if I still have to file in 2009 (I would have worked for 6 months in 2009 and getting a W2) but I won't be living here anymore. Would I still be tax liable and until when will this be?
