What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?GA
Hello,
I have been searching the web and have come across some interesting websites. I have sense started reading the IRS tax code and many trials.
Here is one of the sites:
http://famguardian1.org/Subjects/Taxes/taxes.htm
and the other were a guy has filed a complaint in the federal courts:
http://www.thepotentialsunlimited.com/LH6.htm
I was just wondering if anyone has read about this type of information and does it have any true legal understanding of tax laws.
Thank you for any help you can give me on this subject matter.
Have a Wonderful Day!!!!

No, many of us are attorneys or other tax professionals, and we have never ever heard of any of these arguments or the IRS response to them.

This really isn't the place for your sort of argument.

Just in case you are asking a legitimate question, the propaganda spread by these sites is a useless waste of time, and has no basis either in law or in reality.

Tax attorneys and professionals is why I posted here. Just trying to understand the truth about the law not start an argument.

Not trying to start an argument, like stated before. If you know of a better forum to talk to attorneys about the law I would be happy to post there?

Have you read this case?
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff,
VS. NO. 03-20111-Ml
VERNICE KUGLIN, Defendant.

You can find the transcript here:
http://www.constitution.org/tax/us-ic/kuglin/kuglin.htm
I have not finished the whole thing yet as there is a lot of information here to assimilate.

Thank you for your time in helping me understand the LAW.

You might try searching THIS website before you go off half-cocked, asking if we've ever heard of Vernice Kuglin.

Unfortunately, it is apparent that some of the more uh, "interesting" responses in the threads have been removed because they were posted by eejits like yourself.

I have yet to run into anyone here who is interested in a debate about the legality of income tax. Save your breath.
