tax question

What is the name of your state? CA

This year I allowed my partner of 5yrs to claim my minor child;
I did not file this year because I received workmans comp..

court ordered time share as follows
51%mother 49%father
primary residence with mother

Were she legally allowed to claim minor child?

Where did minor child live for more than 6 months of the year, and are there court documents assigning the exemption?
