Tax question

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

Hi I have a question about paying taxes. I am 29 years old and live in Arkansas. I've got mild cerebral palsy and have been on SSI since February, 2006 because I got a double hernia but before that the only real paying jobs I've had are work study jobs in college but I didn't make very much and was told I did not have to file. I've never had any other "real" jobs besides those two because I would apply for jobs but no one would ever hire me. I've survived (up until age 18) on money from family and then (after age 18) on student loans and credit cards but after I got the hernia I'm now getting $674 a month from SSI

I'm wanting to get completely off of SSI and start paying for my own health insurance because I'm tired of "existing" and I plan on June 2009 being the last time I get an SSI payment because for the last year I've been developing a site and I plan on launching it around July 1, 2009.

With a site like this I could within a year be making a 6 figure income, so my question is what would be the best way to go about this as far as record keeping for tax purposes, and what forms would I have to fill out when the taxes are due because as far as the IRS knows I don't exist with them because I've never had to file, and I know that if they see someome go from paying $0 in taxes to all of a sudden paying a very substansial amount that the IRS will want to know why. Any and all advice would be appreciated on this. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
