| We are expecting a refund, but my husband has past child support and state judgements against his taxes. I have filed an injured spouse form for the last few years, but did not work at all last year. Will the refund all go to the child support and state or will we still get part of the refund back? |

RefundSince the refund is all due to his withholding, I believe the entire refund would be subject to the child support and state claims. If there is any left over after that, you would get it. |
